Crafting the Future of Interiors: A Reflection on 2023

We are finally back from a bit of a break, which was much needed after the rollercoaster that was 2023. Small consultancies like ours don’t always get the chance to shout about everything we’re up to (end-of-the-year social media posts, anyone?). But hey, we’ve been busy behind the scenes, working hard on projects, and making sure everything runs smoothly. We took a breather over the holidays – some of us even got hit with a bit of a cold, but nothing a good cup of tea and some extra sleep couldn’t fix. Now, we’re back, feeling fresh, and ready for whatever 2024 has in store for us. Before we jump into the new year, we thought it'd be cool to look back at the wild ride that was 2023. So if you want to tag along, grab a cuppa, and let's chat about it!

So, that’s a wrap for 2023! It wasn’t all smooth sailing; the year started with its fair share of challenges, especially considering the global financial ripples. Yet, I’ve always believed in facing difficulties head-on. Why? Because the heart of A Designer at Heart lies in answering a demand, providing services that make a difference. It's not a must; it's a love, a passion shared by my incredible team. When uncertainties loomed, I harked back to why I embarked on this journey—because good interior design enhances lives. The motto for the year? "Plan for the worst and hope for the best". And you know what? It paid off! We tackled challenges, implemented strategies, and the results surpassed expectations.
As we step into 2024, the goal remains simple: keep doing what we love, enjoy the process, and strive to get better every day.
Here's to another year of creating spaces that truly matter!
